Designed for those who have mastered the fundamentals, this advanced 5-week program challenges your strength, stamina, and endurance at a higher level. Each workout increases in intensity, helping you develop powerful core strength, dynamic stability, and muscular control.

In this series, you’ll engage in dynamic, high-intensity circuits that push your core stability, precision, and total-body tension. Expect structured time-based intervals, advanced plank variations, controlled strength sequences, and demanding transitions that target the entire abdominal region — including upper abs, lower abs, obliques, lower back, and deep stabilizers. Minimal equipment is required, allowing you to train anywhere while progressing toward elite-level performance.

Progression Plan (5 Weeks):

Week 1 – Foundation: Reinforce advanced stability and tension control. Focus on posture, precision, and strong time-based execution.

Week 2 – Build: Increase intensity with longer holds, deeper contractions, and more challenging transitions to boost endurance and control.

Week 3 – Strength: Challenge your full core with demanding circuits designed to increase time under tension and total muscular engagement.

Week 4 – Advanced: High-intensity combinations and complex plank variations that test coordination, stamina, and strength.

Week 5 – Elite: Peak performance. Maximum power, control, and endurance with elite-level sequences that push your core to its highest capacity.
